Our small community is going from Septic system to a community wide Sewage system. We are one of the few lucky ones to have a pump station installed in our front yard/driveway. This has been going on for months now. Needless to say it has scattered my fine feathered wintering migrant friends away.
Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve…You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love. – Martin Luther King, Jr. –
I’m currently in Monterey Bay for my first Pelagic Birding trip out to sea. I hope to get some good photos or at least decent ones to post – if I don’t get sea sick. Here’s a couple of shots of Monterey Bay. These were taken with my camera phone, Samsung Galaxy SIII, no editing.
This beautiful chapel was built right into the Red Rocks of Sedona. It’s famous for it’s healing vibrations. I’ll be visiting the inside today. Enjoy!
I stroll by this house almost daily on my walk around the bay and out to the Audubon post to watch the birds. I’ve wondered “why would they paint their house green and then stick in a blue door?” But after taking a photo of it along with the pink flowers in front (yes, they are real) I then saw the beauty in the Blue Door. It is amazing how Photography can bring about ‘shifts in the perspective’ of one’s mind. I’m grateful for those shifts.
