This is tasty Golden Milk which I made from the Almond Milk pic I posted. Regular milk can also be used if you are not sensitive to cow’s milk. Take a 1/4 c turmeric. 1/2 c water. dash of pepper (makes the turmeric more bio-available). Simmer to a paste. Use 1/4 tsp of turmeric paste to 1 c of almond milk. Warm the milk (do not boil) using a wisk to blend the turmeric paste. Add honey to taste and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yum! Turmeric is great for joints and generalized body pain. Good for digestive issues too. Drink 1 cup a day for the next month and see how you feel!
