The Lotus Flower in our indoor pond is blooming. It was more work than I thought it would be to photograph it as we have 5 skylights just above the pond 10 x 5 foot. They let lots of light in when the sun is shining…and the only time the Lotus flower blooms is when the Sun is coming through. When the Sun is gone – the Flower closes up. So what’s a girl to do? I had to work the shadows and blacks in Lightroom to try to block out the glare of the Sun and the glare from the skylights. Oh-hum…the work of a budding photographer :O)

Nice Indoor pond . How many liter have it ? Was it difficult to build it ?
Gee I don’t really know the liters. It’s about 3 feet deep. 10 feet by 3 feet across. It was built with the original construction of the house. Thanks for stopping by.
